Coface integrates its compensation campaigns
into SAP SuccessFactors with CLAP Partners
In this testimonial, Anastasia AnpilovaGroup Compensation & Benefits Director at Coface, talks about the deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module in 58 countries, a key project for optimizing compensation management on an international scale.
An international HR transformation
Coface is a global credit insurance specialist, with around 4,700 employees in 58 countries, generating annual sales of around 1.9 billion euros. As part of the modernization of its HR tools, Coface will begin adopting SAP SuccessFactors in 2022, with the initial implementation of the Employee Central module.
In 2023, the process continued with the deployment of the Total Compensation module, designed to boost the efficiency of HR teams and enable them to refocus on strategic issues such as fair compensation management and gender equity.
A successful collaboration with CLAP Partners
To support this HRIS extension, Coface called on CLAP Partners, attracted by their agile approach and Starter Pack Advanced solution. This pre-packaged configuration enabled us to secure both project deadlines and budgets.
The scoping workshops started in July 2023, with the aim of a global roll-out in January 2024, so that all the Group's countries can benefit from the new solution in time for the annual remuneration campaign.
Thanks to their constant attentiveness and keen understanding of the business issues at stake, the CLAP Partners project team successfully completed this mission, with a successful go live on January 3, 2024.
Concrete, measurable HR benefits
The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors means that Coface now benefits from :
- Unified processes throughout the Group;
- More accessible and rapidly available information;
- Greater transparency in the management of compensation campaigns;
- Advanced automation, facilitating decision-making.
Not only have these improvements enabled managers to adopt the system quickly, but also pave the way for new uses, such as automatically feeding the budget construction process via data centralized in the HRIS.
