The Starter Pack is based on the new generation of human capital management (HCM) software: SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite (SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite).
This software offers personalized experiences and strategic solutions - supported by self-service services accessible anytime, anywhere - enabling every employee to realize their full potential.

To complement this offering, Clap Partners has created new Saas solutions connected to SAP Cloud solutions as part of its SAP Integration partnership:

1. ClaPlan, an application brick for managing training plans. ClaPlan centralizes the collection of training needs, to build and arbitrate provisional training plans, and then monitor the progress of their implementation.
2. Clap’N Doc, is an application brick that simplifies the creation and signature of your professional documents. Clap'N Doc is a PeopleDoc software connector.
3. Shortways, an intelligent digital assistant to help you get to grips with your HR space more quickly and improve the employee experience. Numerous pre-packaged steps enable users to navigate and understand the system easily and efficiently.

These technologies have been created from customer requirements, to complement the SuccessFactors suite. All technologies are integrated into the Starter Pack offer, and are available on a single point, the SuccessFactors platform.
