Innothera structures its international HR strategy with SAP SuccessFactors and Clap Partners
With a presence in 120 countries and 100% French production, Innothera now employs 1,600 people, the majority of whom are based in France. The group, which specializes in venous and gynecological pathologies, underwent a strategic acceleration following the acquisition of Gibaud in 2020, and is now targeting sales of 300 million euros by 2025.
Rethinking the HR organization to support the Group's ambition
Historically structured as autonomous entities, the Group's various branches operated with heterogeneous HR processes. The creation of a centralized HR department marked a turning point. The aim? Establish a cross-functional culture, standardize HR practices, and lay the foundations for unified HR governance.
With this in mind, Innothera chose SAP SuccessFactors as its global HRIS. A tool deemed both rigorous and intuitive, capable of meeting the challenges of career management and HR training, while supporting the harmonization of processes.
